Although it was very convenient to the theatre we were there for, the hotel is very dated and not very clean. Would not stay here again. Parking is free but you have to park in a parking ramp that is a block away. Not a bad walk during the day.

The staff was rude and impatient on our arrival. There were bugs in the bathtub. The room smelled moldy and old. The comforter on top of the bed was stained and it appeared unwashed for a very, very long time.
The breakfast area was unkempt, and had a dingy feel about it. Upon leaving, my family was greeted with a homeless person outside the lobby asking my 7 y/o daughter for spare change.

Good
Ok, so this place is not the Hilton, but, the front desk staff definitely made up for it. Anything you wanted to know about where to go to eat, drink, and be entertained they knew. Especially the front desk women during the evening. They were...

Horrible
The Staff were friendly and very helpful.. The breakfast was fantastic. The rooms was very dirty, we had to ask for extra sheets to cover the couch and beds because the place did not feel clean. The bathtub looked liked it had not been scrubbed in a ...

The roomy suite was offset by terrible service - alerted staff to the fact that we had no towels, a dirty bathroom mirror, and a dressing table with sticky cup rings. With a half-hearted apology they fixed two of the three but the cup rings never did get cleaned during our entire 3-day stay.
Asked for a wakeup call - no call. Used the coffee maker, never received replacement coffee. The room had two closets but only 5 hangers between them both. When the cold water taps were turned on all you got was warm water. It took more than two minutes for it to turn moderately cool. This hotel has gone waaayyyyy down, would not recommend.

The pillows were about worn out. The mattress was beyond firm and a little too uncomfortable.
I am disabled. Some service people answer questions or provide assistance only because it’s their job. This hotels staff was genuinely courteous and helpful.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Suites Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The bed was quite uncomfortable. The room was a bit small, but the price was reasonable, so I cannot complain. The location was good, you're able to walk to everything in downtown Buffalo, and there was an Applebee's on the premises which made a quick meal convenient.
The main entrance was locked after a certain hour, maybe ten p.m. After that time, only one entrance was accessible, and only with your hotel key card.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Suites Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.
