It's a nice hotel with good value.

It was very good quality for the price: clean rooms, and friendly and helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast lacked quality and service, but it was adequate.

When I arrived, late at 10:30 PM, tired and anxious from being lost, the lady at the front desk was very abrupt and unconcerned to point of rude. The hotel itself was nice, with great suites and amenities..

The stay was great and the service was excellent. The staff was more than willing to help with anything I needed, and even went out of their way after hours to assist me with getting something for my baby.

This hotel's location was close to my business needs. The front desk clerk was unable to direct me to restaurants in the near vicinity - suggested room service from area delivery that was not good. I would have preferred to go out.

The front desk staff did not know what they were doing and were very rude.

I would have liked it better if extra blankets had been provided as it was 29 degrees when I stayed at this hotel.
