41 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It is a relatively new hotel in an excellent location off Interstate 40. Other businesses and restaurants are located on same access road. I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow tourists.
This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel was at the top of the access road, which made traffic sounds less intrusive.

The staff was very helpful, but the bathroom was dirty and the shower curtain was moldy.

I had stayed at the St. Louis Hyatt at Union Station at $214/night the day before. The Comfort Suite had a larger, more comfortable room, with better beds.

53 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The staff was rude. Originally, they had no record of my reservation. The printout I had from the online reservation originally was not good enough for the clerk. I had to ask for a supervisor. No one was available. I ended up talking with one via phone.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They had the towel, shampoo, soap, coffee, and everything when we got there.
