23 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel sits right on the Columbia River, just off the highway and only a quick jaunt to the downtown area. The room was clean but well used.
My wife and I have stayed there twice. The first time, in 2004, proved to be one of the highlights of our vacation. This time, in 2007, the service was horrible.
At one point I asked the front desk representative for a spoon, but talking on her phone proved to be more important. That same evening her friends, which also appeared to be staff members, ran around shouting and running about.
I've never really been put off by poor customer service before, but for some reason the staffs actions really left a poor impression on me.
