Comfort Suites Cheektowaga

They had clean rooms and a friendly staff.

We stayed two nights at the Comfort Suites and found the rooms to be very comfortable and well laid out. The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and we definitely would come back again.

Some improvements could be made in the room lighting, it was too dark to read comfortably, and the mattress pad on our bed bunched up with the slightest movement making for a lumpy sleep!

We'd also suggest a different arrangement for breakfast. Put the fresh fruit, yogurt, cold cereals, muffins and juice first. Anyone desiring the items that need to be warmed/toasted could continue to the end of the counter and not create a slow moving line.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the coffee and large assortment of breakfast items before our early morning flight to San Antonio.

The hotel was very nice. The only problem we had was with the tubs. My parents had a jacuzzi tub which when used only worked partially and it spit water all over the place when turned on. The tub in our room looked like it had not been cleaned in a while.
