One King bed - nothing special or extra about the room.
This hotel looks GREAT from the outside, as well as when you're waiting to check in. It looks like they just renovated and the downstairs is beautiful. You think you're checking into a new hotel. Until you get to your room. The wallpaper, although it looks new, gives the feel of one of those dirty old motels where you don't take your shoes off and you don't get under the covers. The comforter looked nice, but the bed was very hard and the pillows either too fluffy or too flat. Did not have a good night's sleep at ALL. Had to plug in our TV, refrigerator AND the lights...a real hassle when you've got an over-tired toddler in tow. The shower head looked great - one of those massage heads - only it didn't work. The remote for the TV barely worked. The pool was HEAVILY chlorinated - you could smell it from outside the front door. I usually LOVE staying with Choice Hotels, particularly Comfort Suites. It's a classy yet affordable choice. Unfortunately, this time was a big disappointment.
