This hotel is great! Hotel is fully remodeled and sleeps up to 5 in a room, making it cheaper for families of five to just buy one room. Every part of the hotel has been updated and it shows! The hotel also sells discounted tickets to Biltmore,...
The room was dirty and when we complained the desk clerk shrugged her sholders. We had to ask to speak to the manager who had the room cleaned. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We will not stay there again.

This was a good hotel. It has recently been renovated. They have updated their bedding. Very conferrable. 4 alternative down pillows on each bed. They were willing to work with me when my car broke down on the way there and was unable to make my original reservation, even after 4pm when they no longer let you cancel reservations. They let me change the days. The breakfast bar was good, everything is gone if you go down after 9. All the tables were taken at 8:30. So you have to eat early. If you are a light sleeper you can hear everything that goes on in the hallways. I would go to this hotel again. Everything in walking distance is closed by 10. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would go back to this hotel.

The hotel has been remodeled, so dont pay attention to any of the review from 2007 or early 2008. I feel we got a lot for the money while staying here. The location is absolutely the best with mountnain views, and a major regional shopping mall on...
Stayed here on business 4/08. Room was clean and had been recently refurbished! Desk staff was helpful and pleasant. This location was also very convenient for me.
