Horrible
Let me start with saying that we had just stayed at Comfort Suites in El Paso amd Killeen and were very pleased with our stays at those locations. I can not say the same with our stay at this location. In our 1st room we found a large, live...
52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The problems experienced were multiple burnt out light bulbs, the air conditioning unit stopped working, and a malfunctioning TV remote control. Otherwise, it had a friendly staff, a clean environment, and an excellent breakfast.
The staffs appearance and responses were very professional. They always addressed guests as mister or missus. They offered assistance in a manner somewhat similar to a concierge.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Suites Austin Airport.

Austin has a no smoking policy. You can tell that the smoking rooms still have that "Cig" smell. Carpets need to be cleaned as well as drapes. Other than that, good value, large rooms, nice little bar, friendly people. Lobby was very welcoming....

Good
Austin is a very neat city, one I'd visit again. The hotel was near the airport, but wasn't noisy. The connecting roadways were very convenient to go downtown, where all the action is.
