The Central Austin Hotel had recently received noteworthy 'awards' from choice hotels according to their web site. We found it to be a 'dump' compared to the Amerisuites hotel that we had recently stayed at in Austin, Texas.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Suites Austin.

They have the best service and the most helpful employees -- even at 3am when there was an emergency and the child and needed medicines. I can’t say enough about their knowledge of area and hot they go out of the way to help/assist. Just marvelous!

This hotel made me feel practical: This was the best value in Austin I found via internet.

We ended up having to stay an extra night because of an ice storm. The staff was more than accommodating with the extra night and with breakfast the next morning. The manager stayed the night and made breakfast for everyone the next morning.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff always treated us with respect, as in ‘yes ma’am.’

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites Austin.
