It has a perfect location. It had a great price and is a nice hotel.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was the prefect choice for what I needed.

The problems experienced were multiple burnt out light bulbs, the air conditioning unit stopped working, and a malfunctioning TV remote control. Otherwise, it had a friendly staff, a clean environment, and an excellent breakfast.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staffs appearance and responses were very professional. They always addressed guests as mister or missus. They offered assistance in a manner somewhat similar to a concierge.

It was a pleasant stay.

This hotel looked great on the outside and in the lobby area. We encountered no problem until we got to the room, there were ants all over the nightstand between the beds. We called down and they inquired if we were going out for a while. They came and sprayed since we could smell an insecticide smell when we returned. We had to leave very early the next morning and there was no one at the desk. Overall I was very disappointed that a hotel of this caliber and price range would not have offered us another room or at the very least a discount for the inconvenience.
