I checked in late at night, and the receptionist was exceptionally great! It’s the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I will be coming here again.

It was a very nice place and we had no problems while we were there. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced.

This hotel made me feel important: The staff focused on us as we were checking in and out and even though others were around they gave undivided attention.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites Amarillo.

The front desk staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. There was a problem with the TV and it took three calls to correct. The general attitude of the staff was not up to par.

I felt safe and I didn't worry about germs in the bathroom or beds.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk person was very courteous in answering any questions. The rooms and bathroom were probably the cleanest of anywhere we have ever stayed. Also, it was either new or just redone.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Suites Amarillo.
