If you want peace an quiet, this is the place. Most Comfort Suites have a full service breakfast, that's why I stay. However, this was not the case. They served a continential breakfast. Red Logo equals full breakfast. Blue Logo equals continenta...
I was accused of stealing towels and fraudulently charged 50 dollars. When I confronted them about it, I told them I did not steal anything and they did not have permission to charge my card, The reply was "You signed the check in form we can charge you for whatever we feel fit." I was told if I don't like it to sue them.
I asked if they had any proof I took them they said they do not need any proof that they are missing so I am paying for them. I have never in my life been called a thief and I do not appreciate this.
They are very rude slow service the quality of the hotel is poor and they will " Charge you as they feel fit" for anything they want to without your permission.

Not in the greatest part of town, but what a bargain. We had a group of 9 staying in 2 rooms. Very very nice place to stay. Hidden away, yet not out of the way. Right next to the interstate but it was quiet inside. Exceptionally clean, service was...
55 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel has no elevator so unless we get a ground floor, it's a problem. Their bed making is horrible; they tuck it all in together so when you pull down the bed, it all pulls out and I have to remake it. This is a problem in most hotels, when they don't use fitted bottom sheets. On the plus side, we like this particular hotel because of its location and the ease of getting to the fair grounds where we work.
We've come to know the night clerk and he does what he can to take care of us. We've stayed there so much, he knows what we need.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Suites Airport/I-44.
I might recommend it to friends.
