Excellent
We were in Salem on a family trip just passing thru. The hotel was beautiful. Staff was excellant and very helpful. They had accurate directions to things that were good for families. We will make sure to stop again if ever in that area.

I have stayed at a couple of Comfort Suites and the Salem is always my favorite. The staff far exceeds my expectations and I always feel welcome. It’s a great place to stay.
After driving 6 hours, the check-in was without hassle. The room was clean and comfortable.
