We are booked here for a wedding in Hood River, Oregon. Our families made reservations for several of the same room and were given all different prices, some booked within 1 hour of each other. When we called to talk to management to get the rooms for the same price, we were told NO by the rude front desk/reservation person and the general manager. If I could stay somewhere else I would. They should be bending over backwards to help travelers after all we are giving them business. So some of us are getting much higher room rates then others. It is a terrible way to do business. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, anytime. DONT STAY HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND THEY DO NOT CARE.

Bed was very comfortable, clean room, new furniture.Bathroom was incomplete, no finished molding. Warm cookies in the lobby is a nice touch, bed and pillows were extremely nice, rooms were quiet and comfortable.

Very classy for a Comfort Suites - a chandelier in the entry and very nice decor. This hotel reminded me of why I usually choose Comfort Suites or a Choice Hotel chain.
Great breakfast, easy check in/check out, decent price.
Nothing extraordinary to report but no complaints.

Close to what I was doing there.Had construction going on inside the hotel if I would have known this I would have stayed some where else. Once construction is over would be an okay place for the business traveler. The faucet in our shower looked...

This is the second time we have stayed here. The rooms are a nice size and very clean. The breakfast is very good with "make your own waffles". We would definately stay here again.

Near Columbia Gorge sightseeing.Placed us in renovation room. Our plane 4 hours late and arrival at hotel 11:00 pm. Disappointed to find floors and walls in disrepair and dirty. Bed too big for room, leaving no space on one side to move. Bathroom...
