What a great place, location is the best. Everyone was very outgoing. You can walk to various locations and also take the shuttle to Cincinati. Parking should be more controlled it seems like everyone parks at the hotel because it is free. Valet...
48 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I made reservations several months in advance for a King, non-smoking, riverside when they told me they would hold this room for me.
When I arrived I got two doubles, smoking, opposite of the river. This was the only room they would offer saying they had overbooked. The service was awful and disrespectful. They later charged my credit card $75 without telling me what I was being charged for.
When I later inquired with the management I was told it was to clean the smoke from my non-smoking room - can you believe it? The management refused to refund the charge saying the computer said I had reserved a non-smoking room. Unless you don't care how you're treated or what you're charged I'd find another place to stay.

Everything was fine. I was attending a conference at the hotel, which was why I stayed there. I had no complaints. It was comfortable and the rates were reasonable.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Suites.

Excellent
Great value. Clean, high speed wireless web access, nice deluxe breakfast and quiet. Easy access to downtown Cincinnati and nice restaurants within walking distance.
