I stayed at this hotel for a little over a week on business. Hotel and room were both very clean. Moderate breakfast and nice staff. Had a little bit of noise in the hallways, but due to guests and not the hotels fault. Very close to a Wal-mart and some restaurants/shopping. Also very close to I440.

We stayed in a regular room with a King Size bed but it still had a seating area with a couch and coffee table along with a sink, microwave and refrigerator. So the room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The comforter seemed to be...

The hotel had a good location for access to shopping areas and nearby restaurants. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. The hotel is located on side of a hill with limited parking next to the facility, so parking and walking up to the hotel would be a bit difficult for those with ambulatory problems.
The hotel was clean and felt like it was in a safe location. The free breakfast was good with a nice variety of food items. The coffee bar was available throughout the day.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Suites.

The location was an ideal location to where we were holding our conference. The staff was friendly and the beds comfortable. It wasn't the best hotel I've stayed in, but it met my needs nonetheless.

Good
Room was spacious (even for a familty of 4) and staff was helpful. Accomodations were simple but clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are always clean, spacious and the bathrooms I can count on for plenty of hot water. Their pricing is usually less than in other hotels with the same level of quality. Their beds are comfortable and the remote control and the TV are always in the right place.

This hotel was wonderful, it was clean, roomy, they had a friendly staff and easy access to the highway with a traffic light. It’s a straight shot into downtown on New Bern Ave. NC State trooper training goes on here and you couldn't be safer. It sure beats the socks off the Best Western!
