We were given a suite that smelled so badly that we immediately called the desk asking for a change. Carpets were badly stained and our shoes actually stuck to the floor in the bathroom, which smelled of urine. After waiting 45 minutes I called...

Excellent
We've stayed twice and have been pleased both times. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. We will make this our first choice when traveling to Raleigh.

The comfort suites off of New Bern ave. is a great place to stay if you're looking for a deal. the staff are friendly and knowledgable. the rooms are clean and full of amenities.

It was in a convenient location close to where our convention was being held. The staff was helpful and friendly. But the sheets and covers could have been cleaner and fresher.
