The Management & Staff went the extra mile to make sure our Meeting was set-up & serviced as planned. Also our spacious rooms w/the extra amenities were very comfortable! Along with the hot breakfast which had a nice selection for everyone. We relaxed and enjoyed the indoor pool after the long day of meetings. Needless to say the week was most enjoyable at the Comfort Suites in Concord.

The only thing I found disappointing was the inattentiveness of the night desk staff. I reported a problem upon going out one evening and I came back one hour later to find that no action had been taken.
I am somewhat likely

It has a very efficient staff that is always pleasant to talk with and had a very accommodating attitude as well. It is a clean, modern facility, with good parking. It had clean rooms and a dining bar. It was a very pleasurable stay.
The hotel used passkeys to the rooms and into the facility. I felt that I was in control of my security by means of their electronic security measures.
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
