It was great. There are two beds and a pull out sofa, refrigerator and microwave. It was easy to find and the breakfast buffet alone was enough to come back: eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, hash browns and waffles.

It’s a nice comfortable place to stay. It’s close to all that Hickory has to offer and it’s convenient to Interstate 40. This is a great place to stay when you are in Hickory, North Carolina.

The lobby was nice, as was the breakfast area. We checked in late, so the room looked fine, and the bed and bedding were OK. However, the bathroom tile floor and molding were very dirty. The molding was dark brown and when I wiped it, and about a year’s worth of dirt came off. The corners of the bathroom floor actually had debris in them. The carpet looked vacuumed, and I didn't look in the corners! The exercise room does not have a TV so bring some entertainment. There are two treadmills & an elliptical. There was nothing to wipe them down with, and the water fountain didn't have enough force to drink from and nothing else. The breakfast buffet was large with scrambled eggs, sausage & baked apples plus the usual carbs. The coffee was good. If it hadn't been late and raining, we might have gone elsewhere because of the bathroom.
