Hotel is nice and it has a good location, but that is where the positives end! My husband and I never had such a poor experiance at a hotel on vacation before. The staff was un-responsive to many requests and seemed bothered when we asked about the area/transportation options. If you value customer service over hotel amenities, this probably isn't where you'd like to stay. I checked-out on Friday afternoon and went to a near by hotel.

The rooms were quite large and comfortable. The staff is helpful. Always ready to recommend a restaurant or anything else you need. Close to a large mall. Overall a very clean hotel. Loved it!

The size, layout, and price of the room were exceptional. If all the comfort suites are like this I would never stay anywhere else again.
