Okay
The staff are friendly and personable and the breakfast was good. The location is close but is by a declining part of town. The problem was our 15 month old. The carpets are frayed I had to flatten 2 carpet nails exposed by the doorway. The baby...

There's Four us of so we needed ROOM ... which we had lots of - Wanted a cot for 2 nights - was able to have one the second night ... the staff was great and very accomodating, we KNOW that we can't always get a cot, that's just the way it is ........
NO TOWELS, that really got me. Can you imagine going to your hotel room and there are no clean towels! And when you ask, they tell you use the beach towels (more like rags!) because their towels had not been washed that day.
