Excellent
My wife and I were impressed with the facility and service; however, we were disappointed with a bit of deception on the invoice...which we did not notice until we had returned home. This small blemish will not deter us from coming back.

Excellent
We were driving between 2 military bases and needed a quick stop overnight to get some rest. We were pleasantly surprised when we got to our room; it was a nice, large room with 2 beds, couch, desk, normal dresser/armoire, good-size tv, and a...
53 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was very pleased. My family had a wonderful time and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. It was convenient to the area we were interested in visiting.
The colors used in the hotel were very soothing. The staff did not hover but was willing to answer any questions asked. The furniture was nice but casual.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.
39 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Checked in to hotel and greeted nicely by young man on 6/17/07.
Explained that husband and children were on my business trip with me.
The young desk clerk quoted the nightly rate and I signed the papers and we checked in. The room was a suite with two double beds and a sleeper sofa. This room would adequately accomodate up to 6 people. We had placed a do not disturb sign on the door on the next day so understandingly, the hotel maid did not clean the room nor did we receive fresh towels. My husband went down on Monday night and asked the hotel clerk(a female) for extra towels and she began giving him the third degree of why did we need more towels, and called us liars and said we were not suppose to have more than 2 in the room. She took it upon herself to add charges to the bill so that when we checked out the next day these charges had been added. I did not appreciate being called a liar and having charges added by someone that was not present when we checked in!
We were completely honest with the desk clerk at check in and was treated nicely by the young man, I guess he wanted to be nice and not charge us for the children staying in the room, but I did not lie about anything! Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again, but glad that there are plenty of other nice hotels in Wilmington, NC.
