Big rooms.Noisy at night couldn't sleep; door latch hit me in the head.“The hotel itself was very nice, but expensive, for what it is. The palm trees outside the room scraped against the building all night in the wind, making it impossible to sleep. ...
Location is not convenient, and in the middle of an industrial center. The staff was very good, the pool is small. We were happy with the overall experience.
69 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
When I reported my TV remote did not work, they said to come down to the front desk to get new batteries for the remote. I thought they should have sent someone up to service the TV. The remote never worked properly but I didn't complain anymore. The manager was very helpful with another problem but I didn't mention the TV remote to him.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Comfort Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

Our car was broken into here. It sat in the parking lot for five hours with no one telling us, and the car next to us also broke into. Management told us "Too bad", and the police just said that "it’s a problem".
