I had a very important test. When I checked in I was made very very comfortable, their hospitality was very good, the staff was pleaseant and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was quite and peaceful, the fountains in the center just relaxed you even more. Please go and see for yourself.

The location was further away then I had expected, but I would recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed the inside lobby, and skylight. It’s very well kept. The staff was excellent.

It had a certain warmth to it.

Location was convenient to the beltway for downtown Cincinnati and suburban areas. It had an excellent free breakfast set up. The help was friendly and the rooms were clean.

The desk clerk upon checking in remembered my name, my reservation phone call, and that I had stayed there on my previous visit to Cincinnati. He also gave me their lowest rate for a non-business traveler.

The only issue was the room was right in front of the front desk. I was not crazy about the layout.

It was a very nice hotel and had a great location to where I was going.

Everything was fine except for the lighting fixture in the bathroom, which made noise and rubbed against the fan. Also, the tile on the floor needed to be redone.
