We went there on a friday night for our anniversary and it was great!!! We stayed in the honeymoon suite with a huge jacuzzi and a even larger bed...It was great!!! I will definitely go back and the service was great as well...

My review of Comfort Suites Oakbrook Terrace: Very comfortable room for the price. Easy access to the interstates. Having a suite - bedroom and sitting room - made our stay much more comfortable.Great Price and nice hospitality. I felt honoured by the service.

I liked the location, the price and the excellent breakfast.

They gave polite, courteous service. They suggested their breakfast.

I like the suites as opposed to a single room. They have a very friendly staff.

The location was very convenient for our purposes. It’s close to a variety of services. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It's a good value and easily accessible if you're traveling by car. There didn't seem to be much public transportation available, although I thought I saw an airport shuttle bus.

We liked the refrigerator, the iron, the ironing board and the hair dryer. The road noise would be the only detraction during our stay. If you are booking the room yourself ask for one on the back of the building. I loved the fact that it was non smoking!

The staff did not know where the closest hospital was. The bathrooms were not clean or sanitized properly. I had to ask for my own cleaner.

For my purposes, the location is quite ideal. The hotel staff attempts to provide good service. I like the refrigerator and microwave in my room but I don't think the beds are very comfortable. In addition, often the bathrooms and toilet and shower room is very small and doesn't provide much space to even turn around unless you are in the tub.

Upon check-in the staff recognized me from previous trips. They made the check-in process very smooth and uncomplicated as well as quick.
