The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We usually book online and then call to request a first floor room close to the pool because we have small children. They are always more than happy to accommodate our requests. We also love the complimentary continental breakfast. Our kids love the waffles and always ask us if we get to stay at the hotel with the waffles that we eat in our pajamas.
