Again, sam and the staff made everything about the hotel feel very comfortable. To be honest, sam answered the phone when made the reservation and knew would like the hotel just judging by the friendliness and helpfulness he showed in the reservatio

Sam and the rest of the staff were so accomodating that the entire stay was as comfortable as possible. The staff made the difference!
