My spouse and I were pleasantly surprised at how spacious our room was. The loveseat was a VERY nice touch! Everything was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a real treat. We'll definitely stay there...

While there, someone on the staff stole checks from me and forged my signature. Nothing ever came of it, and the hotel did nothing more than apologize to me.

The maid service was excellent, but the check-in clerk was unfriendly, was not able to give directions to the hotel. I had asked for a smoking room, which did not receive and the rate was not what was quoted to me.
