52 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Almost all aspects exceeded my expectations. The bed, and room in general, was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk.
I called from the road before arrival for the hotel to hold the room, as we would be arriving much later than usual. They not only confirmed it, but found a two bed room for my daughter and I, rather than a king room, which was all that was left when I booked. He greeted us warmly upon our arrival, as if he knew us for awhile. It felt good!
I am very likely
to return to the Comfort Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
