We had a wonderful vacation with our four children and our grandchildren for my 80th birthday 8/8/08 best service,clean rooms and good breakfast.

This hotel is located in a college town. It is a great hotel to stay at. However, the rooms fill up quickly because it is in a college town. It is located about two blocks off of the main road and it is very close to the town and the college. We always enjoy staying at this particular hotel.

I have stayed at this Comfort Suites hotel for years. It has been a favorite, with wonderful service and friendly local people. This time, there was no room available at check in, even though three nights had been guaranteed with a credit card for a year. We did not arrive until the second night of the reserved stay and the room had been rented. We had to find other accommodations. Eventually, after arriving back home, I got a phone call from the manager, who graciously removed the no show charge for the first night from the card. But I will stay there again, this is the first problem we have ever had with this hotel, I still recommend it highly.

They talked to me easily and politely but on a dignified level.
