We are located in the heart of the business district. We are minutes away from the Mexico border and surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls. McAllen Convention Center is less than one block from the hotel. This interior corridor hotel has an elevator and the guestrooms have either a king bed, 2 or 3 queen beds plus family suites with a separate kid's room. A microwave, mini-fridge, in-room safe, free high-speed Internet, desk, laptop desk, 32-inch TV with HBO and over 60 channels, plus table and chairs and sofa sleeper. A boardroom, exercise room, outdoor pool, hot tub, patio area, and a free breakfast will please all guests. All Comfort Suites are smoke free.

The handicap room stank. The desk clerk sprayed. Still smelled when we left on thge third day. TV remote was missing. The next day we noticed the phone was missing. The breakfast bar had no butter and lady in charge of the kitchen had difficulty
