We came down to watch the TEXAS play in Palo Duro Canyon. I have to say the staff at this hotel was one of the best personell I have seen. Very helpfull staff members and the hot breakfast and pool were great!!!. Will definetly stay there again.

My family and I came for my nephew's wedding. The staff was more than helpful and even printed directions to the church for the family members. We had twenty rooms and they put together a "sweetheart" package that included taking the stem ware home. The room are big and the service was great we will definitely be back. If you are looking for a great place with a warm welcom this is the place.

The lady at the service desk was very unpleasant and not friendly at all. After checking in at 5:00 pm, we went straight to our room.
We were shocked when we approached our room and found the door propped open by a trash can. We had notice that several rooms were this way. We went ahead and entered the room. We were stunned to see that our room was not fully clean. Everything was pretty well clean, but the floors had not been vacuumed. I immediately went back to the front desk to report this. As I approached the desk, the lady said, "What is your room not clean?" What the heck? If she knew our room could possibly not be clean, why did she not inform us about this at check-in? She told me it would be about 15 minutes before the room would be cleaned. So, I returned to my room and my family and I waited over 30 minutes! No one ever came to clean the room.
In the meantime, I walked into the restroom and it appeared to be clean, but the seat to the toilet had been missed, it had poop all over it! I was furious at this point. My family and I left and let the front desk know. We returned a few hours later and the room was clean, thank goodness.
The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me a pillow for my child when I asked for one. She told me the pillow limit for my room at been met. I did not understand that, I was in a room that had a max occupancy of 4 and there were 4 of us in the room. I kept trying to tell her that the math did not add up, how can 3 pillows equal 4 people? I have tried to communicate these issues to the management, and they were only willing to give me $10 off the day of check-out and later sent me a letter saying I could save 15% on my next visit and that the "mechanical failures" had been resolved. What? What mechanical failures, it was the staff and the cleanliness I had issues with, not mechanical failures.
Needless to say, I will not stay at this hotel again.

The front desk staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. There was a problem with the TV and it took three calls to correct. The general attitude of the staff was not up to par.
