I feel that Amerisuites needs to upgrade its properties, as for the most part they don't compare to some of the other suite properties that they compete with. Their prices are competitive, but several of the properties need to be freshened up.

The one in Jacksonville was not as nice as others I have stayed in. I'm a little disappointed, but will try one more time before I change hotels.
