Comfort Inns and Suites Hotel - Page 1

When I used the elevator to take up the luggage cart, the door closed on my shoulder and I had a hard time to get the elevator door to release. The door should have automatically opened when it hit me. I was sore in the neck and should for a few days after. I was not happy about this. I said some choice words, which I am sure the clerk at the desk should have heard, but did not even acknowledge what had happened or if I was O.K. I highly suggest you and your family and friends stay away from this hotel.
