31 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I hated that when they checked me in , they gave me keys to an already occupied room, i walked in on someone. was really embarrassing. the front desk did not even apologize. I stayed two nights and was gone the whole next day and returned at 3:30 and my room was not cleaned. Also they put an extra charge of 50.00 on my credit card for accusing me of smoking in my room and that they found ashes, I'm not even a smoker. they then would not return my calls to try to resolve this issue.
