We have stayed here several times due to convenience (our family lives nearby) but the hotel rooms have repeatedly seemed to deteriorate, and promises that they would be remodeling one-half at Christmas (told to us at Thanksgiving) and it didn't happen. The staff response to problems varies, and they have not been consistent in upholding their "100% satisfaction guaranteed" promise.
