Stayed here three nights. Good location next door to restaurant. Staff very friendly so makes you feel welcome. Internet has good connection and near Spectrum.

I was looking forward to the breakfast... would have been nice of them to let us know that it ends at 9:00 am! Thats even earlier than the fast food places. The sign in the room didn't even list a time. I guess they don't want you to be able to sleep in at all! The pool is small, the beds were comfy. We had 2 beds in our room and only one dirty chair on the balcony with paint dripps on it.
You can tell it was not quality work that was done as far as the "recent rennovations." I am 8 months pregnant and going to the restroom was very uncomfortable because the bathroom was so small.
Can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms were spotless and service impeccable. The entire staff was more than accommodating. I had a bad experience(room filthy, bad service, etc.) in a hotel in Newport Beach 2 weeks previous...
pros: SERVICE!!!I booked this hotel for some clients of mine from out of town. The staff was very warm. Just a nice place to be and the lcoation was great, near the freeways, restaurants and the Irvine Spectrum. I will definatly be sending peopel...

I have visited this hotel for years. I am glad they renovated the rooms, they are very nice. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is great. They even added the fresh waffles you make yourself. Everything is good, but I'm paying $30 more than what I paid two years ago.

The location was wonderful, but we found out after we were checked in that the facility was being renovated. The TV did not work, the room was not finished being renovated, the guests next door were terrible and not handled properly by management and we were up all night long and complained several times. The staff was not friendly when we checked out and complained again of the issues with the guests next door. We were not helped when we realized we left a clothing item there and we were never able to recover it.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn at Irvine Spectrum.
I would not recommend it to friends.
