I went online to find a hotel that would accomodate a party of 5 comfortably. I found this comfort inn, with the "chain name" I felt confident. MY mistake. We booked a suite, 3 queen beds and one in a separate bedroom, the problem with that the door knob was duct taped on and there is no a/c in it and no screens in windows, not to mention the hole in the floor where the carpet was laying up agiast the wall. Did I mention the Holes in the walls, and Large holes in the carpet. The smoke detector located above the door was hanging off and when I went to push it up some, so the door wouldn't keep hitting it, it sparked. And so much for the "satisfaction gaurantee" because when we complained the had no other rooms to accomidate a family of 5 and didn't offer us anything. We were stuck. No other rooms were to be gotten anywhere. Oh By the way....They don't allow pets either. And be careful when you go up the steps in the lobby...the cardboard they lined on the wood is unsafe, yes it really is cardboard. And I don't know what pictures of what hotel they are using on the site.....but the inside of this hotel is NOTHING like what you see online!! Be careful! We stayed in Aug. of 2007
