We liked the quality, the reasonable price and especially the ability to make reservations on the free number.

We reserved a room directly with the hotel for $99.00. When we arrived, we were told that the staff person who booked our reservation had made an error, and the room was $175.00. "Sorry for your inconvenience" was their response. They agreed that their staff had made the reservation, but would not budge.

Everything else was booked, so we stayed in a room that was shabby, with bagged trash still in the room. To make it really special, a drunken hotel guest climbed into our occupied vehicle while we were trying to check in. The manager laughed it off.

The hotel's location was easy to access from the interstate, the room was clean and comfortable and we'd stay there again on another trip. I'd highly recommend it to others.

My sister and I use Comfort Inn a lot when we take our annual vacations. We always find them exactly as we expect. Maybe we should think of joining their loyalty club.
