Did not chose this hotel, car broke down on highway and had to stay here overnight. Room was clean (no dust on furniture or mold in bathroom), spacious, quiet, and inexpensive. Definitely would try another Comfort Inn because of positive experience...

I would rate their customer service very highy. the staff was courteous and friendly. Even after I left there was an issue with some charges on my credit card. They promptly took care of it.

Room was clean and well maintained. Only complaint was the double beds seemed very small. Breakfast was great and the staff at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. My niece lives in Winchester and would probably stay here again when we go...

I had a large, comfortable, clean room. The front desk called to see if we needed anything, which was a first for this experienced traveler. The room was quiet, even though next to the highway. It was an excellent value.

The staff was wonderful considering they were unaware that there was an antique truck show in the area that weekend and they could not figure out why they were so busy. Once they were informed of the truck show, they started directing customers out to it and the sponsors of the show were very grateful and we will include them in next year's listing of places to stay. They bend over backwards to accommodate the parking of the large antique trucks in their parking lots.
The employees went out of their way to speak to everyone and since we were there for an antique truck show, they were asking questions about the various trucks and had stories of their own about trucks. The staff was very friendly and would start up conversations with any and everyone. They really made you feel like they cared about what you said.

to return to the Comfort Inn Winchester.
