I just used the hotel to sleep. I visited with my friends during the day. The location was near friends' home.

This hotel made me feel respected: The desk and housekeeping staff always said sir. When I asked for extra pillows, they were delivered promptly and the person didn't appear upset doing it. The housekeeper didn't ask questions when I asked for another towel and washcloth. In some hotels they appear to distrust you as if you were going to steal their towels.

This hotel is an okay place to stay.

It's very clean and they have a helpful staff. I will stay there again when I'm in town.

It was as I expected, nothing more, nothing less.

I was stuck in a smoking room when I said non-smoking.

It's one of the nicest motel chains to stay at…they really make one feel at home and they also cater to your every need with the utmost respect and care.

The room was clean, but even though carpet looked pretty good it was filthy. I took my shoes off and walked around briefly in my socks and they were virtually black on the bottom.

This hotel made me feel secure: They had someone to answer questions anytime day or night and were willing to go the extra mile for us. Everything was completely inside the facility and you have to have your key to gain access.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The manager remembered me from previous visits. I didn't give my name but he had already pulled me up in the computer and all I said was hello.
