35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Planning on a good nights rest? This Comfort Inn is very, very noisy on the Ridge Road side of the hotel. Two things contributed to this: 1) There is a stoplight in front of the hotel and acclerating cars make more noise. 2) The windows are not thermo-panes and let a lot of sound in. I've stayed at hotels with the same or more traffic outside and they have been much quieter due to better sound insulation. Be sure to get a room on the back side of the hotel.

The hotel provided excellent service. There was one incident in which they got our card keys confused and we had a lady wake us up at early hours of the morning and that was very disappointing, but overall, it was a good trip.

the hotel was clean but the night shift's customer service skills needs a lot of attention. Breakfast was good but the room was not big enough to handle the amount of people. I would look around before I stayed there again.
