Excellent

I enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn. It was a nice breaking point on a long drive. It seemed like a family-run place and the people working were very pleasant. We walked in at 10 at night to see if they had a room and they still gave us a good rate....

Okay

66 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was sold the day we where their. The new owners came through the door and fired half of the employees. I will not go there again.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn Vernon.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Okay

23 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was easy to find and to find places near it. The hotel was very comfortable and there was parking right outside our room. The staff was nice, they cleaned the rooms well and they brought us extra towels when we needed them. They had a great waffle maker in the breakfast room.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Vernon.
I might recommend it to friends.

Good

49 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We had a problem with the room and they resolved it immediately. I was very pleased with the staff, they made you feel like family.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn Vernon.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
