Horrible
I have stayed in many hotels, and by far, this was the worst when it came to rooms. Musty, mold in the bathrooms, smoking and non smoking on the same floor. Staff were not efficient or professional when we asked for a room change, as ours had mold...

My family and I found the Shilo Hotel Spokane to be an excellent place to stay. The breakfast is great with a view of the city to boot. We also really enjoyed the pook and hot tub. All of the staff was very helpful and kind.
