Hotel nice and rate reasonable for location. Easy to find. Continential Breakfast A+. Would recommend to others.

Good

62 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

I had an excellent, comfortable room. It was difficult to see the TV while sitting at the table. They had excellent kitchen facilities.

I liked the nice fluffy towels and the attractive room. It was fancier than I expected. It was quiet.

I am very likely to return to the Comfort Inn University Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Okay

55 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business

The room was comfortable and well maintained. The wireless internet connection was extremely weak during my entire stay.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn University Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

Mediocre

57 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!. Customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced in my 20 years of traveling. Rooms were infested with bugs, the carpet was worn and dirty, and roof leaks. Beds did not sleep well.

I am not likely to return to the Comfort Inn University Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.
