I enjoyed the hotel and the atmosphere until we had a situation with an insect in our room. However, after reporting the incident to the hotel staff, the insect was not removed for over an hour and a half.
I am not likely
to return to the Comfort Inn University.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Their exercise equipment, two treadmills, and one stationary bike, were all in very poor or non-working condition. The pool was closed for the season, and the room itself was drenched in the smell of air-freshener (Febreez).
The window can't be opened, so you can't get any fresh air or get rid of the "air freshener" fumes. On the plus side, the room did have a large Jacuzzi tub that was working fine.
The place was clean and comfortable, but just way too much money for the (non) amenities.
FYI: I paid $179.00/night near the end of October, in the peak of the fall colors.
