The room was nicer than expected, the staff were very friendly, they even went to get more donuts for the cont breakfast when they were getting low.
The sign was easily visible from the highway, I was very tired, and the desk clerks were enthusiastic and energetic. They greeted me in a friendly manner, made good eye contact, they fully explained my room options, and where I could find someplace to eat.
