They have a horrible staff. Every time we tried to communicate a problem the staff could not understand why we would complain about one towel per room or more than two pillows per Queen-sized bed, and why I was checking out and paying the bill, but my husband would be sleeping two more hours.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service and amenities at the hotel. I loved the deluxe continental breakfast as they had a self-service waffle maker on the premises. I also thought that the soft blue sheets were quite nice. It did not feel as much like a hotel with those. The check out was also a breeze.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I thought the service was great and that the room was clean and sanitary.
