26 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel was a little trashy. I was not expecting it to be that low quality considering the price we paid. The people at the front desk told us they would provide a cot but they never did and they did not attend to our situation after that shift had passed. But the housekeepers were excellent. They went above and beyond their duty to help us change rooms when our problem was not resolved.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Comfort Inn Thomasville.
I would not recommend it to friends.
