We ask for a handicap room that was wheelchair accessible. We got a room that on the second floor that the chair could only go as far as the entry way in. The bathroom did have a handicapped shower head, but that was all it had. There was no chair i

The carpet was wet in our room and when we complained we were basically told we had no choice but to stay there because the hotel was full. No concessions on bill or anything.
